A study I did together with some colleagues in 2012 first time ever describes the impact of serum testosterone levels (male sexual hormone) on the development of prostate cancer.

A number of recent studies have supported the validity of these findings and, in the meantime,  have caused a re-thinking concerning the correlation between “testosterone” and the origin of the carcinoma of the prostate.
